SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Peek Performance Insurance (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you expressly consent to receive text messages related to services provided through our website or business, including appointment reminders and service-related communications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of participation or affiliation with our company.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the provided shortcode. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you wish to rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with “HELP” for assistance. You will receive a response with additional information and contact details, or you may contact us directly 877-612-7317.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or sent by you to us. Message frequency may vary.
