You can see a list of the carrier appointments available on our Agent Contract Request (ACR) form.  Click here to complete an Agent Contract Request (ACR) form.  Once you submit this form, our team will send you the contracting links and paperwork required to appoint with each carrier that you request.  If you are working with one of our agency partners/managers, please reach out to them for their specific ACR link.

Peek Performance greatly values our agent and agency relationships. There are times when it is in an agent's or agency's best interest to realign elsewhere. If you find yourself in a position where you need to make a move, please know that our team is here to guide you through the steps below.

 
Step 1 - Speak with your Agent Care Team member. All releases are handled by our Agent Care Team. Call 877.612.7317
Step 2 - Our Agent Care Team will help you determine whether you need a release from an immediate upline. 
Step 3 - If you do not have an immediate upline, or have already secured a release from your immediate upline, your Agent Care Team member will send you a Reciprocal Release Agreement to be signed by your new FMO. Reciprocal releases are an industry standard practice that is engaged in by reputable agents and agencies, for the protection of all parties.
Step 4 - Once you return the signed Reciprocal Release Agreement to your Agent Care Team member, it will be placed on file with the contracting team. From there, request any carrier-specific releases that you may need and those can be completed in short order.
 
Peek Performance has a general blackout period on releases September 1st - March 31st.  Contact the Agent Care Team if you have any questions.
