UPDATE: NEW CMS REQUIREMENT! 

Call Recording – Effective Nov. 1, 2026 any broker with more than 100 clients under a particular ACA carrier is now required to record all client calls related to plan comparison, plan selection, sales and/or marketing. As March 1st 2027, all brokers regardless of number of clients will have to comply as well. Click here to read more.
